Select other rounded rectangle and open swatch panel Window>Swatches

I used whit,black linear color



Select shape and click right Arrange>Bring To Front or (Shift+Ctrl+])

-Horizontal Align Center

Select shape and setting blending mode I used Multiply



I used opacity 67%



Effect>Stylize>Drop Shadow



Second Step

How make curl brush



Select Spiral Tool



Select brush



Select shape and Copy (Ctrl+C ) and Paste (Ctrl+V) then

Free Transform Tool (E) turn shapes



Select shape and click right button and make "group"





Select shape and click right button "Make Clipping Mask"
